The real truth-Indians display awesome humanity in Australia

An Indian, Sivaprakasam Paneerselvam, 24, died in New South Wales (NSW) last month when the waves sucked him on a sightseeing trip to Bondi beach.Although rescued and treated, he died of multiple organ failure. He had come to Australia just 2 weeks before the tragedy struck.

Community groups came together and raised $30000/- under Sydney Tamil Manram (STM), for the surviving family of the deceased, wholly dependent on him.STM has opened a bank account where the funds raised will get deposited and transferred to Panneerselvam's family in India.

'Such a massive display of great helping sprit, of humanity, sensitivity and courtesy is absolutely awesome,' said STM secretary Baalu Vijay.

'Panneerselvam came alone to this great country but when he left this earthly abode he carried along the entire humanity of Aussies like us,' said Baalu.

Long live helping  spirit of humanity!
